My Gemini Man

Written For Thomas (Samson)

Since I have found My Gemini Man,

He has helped Me to be, All that I can.

He’s compassionate touch, though to some it’s not much,

Quickly reminds Me, We fit phy-si-cal-ly.

This devoted feeling, is all I do need,

Which He’s shown me so deep, from the very First seed.

He’s swift, strong & loyal, but  sensitive too!

His intelligence forces Me, to think, then to do!

All faith believed in, with that I hold dear.

We support ourselves through, and when I need he hears!

I enjoy him my soulmate, with him, life does flow

When I see him, he’s smiling, his face, all a glow :-)

Always happy to see me, he’s my closest friend.

It’s relief, to be near him… ‘Til the bitter end!

Pisces with Gemini

These two mutable signs each share relaxed, flexible, dispositions and a love of people, but they have very different styles that they may not get on as smoothly as one would expect. Pisces(that’s me), a water sign, speaks the language of emotions while Gemini (Samson), an air sign, speaks the language of ideas. It’s easy for misunderstandings to occur, since Gemini doesn’t always mean what it says and Pisces can’t always say what it means. (So very true)

Also, Gemini’s cool detachment is in direct contrast to Pisces’ emotional intensity. But this pair can share their thoughts and feelings honestly, the Gemini objectivity and the Pisces insight could be good for both individuals — and for the relationship ;-)

So with a little care, these two, with their shared love of adventure and delight in new experiences, could have a great deal of fun both in and out of the bedroom!

dedicated to my family

Ain’t it difficult when

Money’s not at your call?

When your pockets have lint,

So you can’t eat at all.

 purple rain

How will we survive,

With no food and no drink?

The Gas is shut off,

So no hot water sink.

As a child, I was taught,

Rain showers do fall.

“Just dust yourself off, my dear,

Get up, stand tall!

“Try, try again,” I heard.

T’was something I’d dred.

This chant that was often

Drilled in my young head.

My thought… It’s a value,

We’re supposed to hold dear.

Though, if not thought out right,

It may not stand clear.

“It’s quite Wise to save,

Information you learn.

It could one day impact,

The money you earn.”

I’m real glad I kept

Those learned values of mine.

It relieves me to know,

That I’ll always be fine!

That Family Way

Dedicated to My God Parents

 sailboat

Family… often in misery

Endures so much pain.

While compiled of mystery

That family way

Insane Mind?  For a Reason!

An unobvious shame

Don’t forget what I heard,

In that family way.

Psychiatry warned me.  Hmmpf!

My family… ignored me.

Silent I shall stay…

My old, family way?

Sailed the coast all my life

Soon, begins, my flight.

Then Reality… STRIKES!

               …Umm, hmm.  That’s Right!

In, that family way.

Not with hand, nor with fist

It was Words on Their list.

Impacting me harshly, I say.

All in, that family way.

Only asked for a hand

Those, I thought would agree

Then shockingly branded a

Li – a – bil – i – ty !  hee hee

In their, own family way.

Cause it’s, My Reason & My Life

Things all in big disarray.

Screw This!  Went Astray…

That, NON-family way!

To my Godparents:

Thank You for contributing to one of

My life’s major “Blockades.”

I believe, this was one of my most

Creative, communicative, and ultimately

Appreciative ways to express my

Thoughts & say how I felt on that day…

One day you will see what I REALLY

Had to go through during that time…
